Why Carbon talent

Hire from anywhere

A global network of data professionals. UK/GMT-friendly overlap hours. Stand-ups and pairing in the same window, not overnight handoffs.

Vetting report · short video · working-style profile

You review a vetting report, a short video and a working-style profile, plus SQL and Python skills tests. Not just CV claims. Carbon behavioural assessment, 12 work scenarios that produce a named working-style profile.

Senior, not a bench

Data engineers, architects, and scientists who have shipped production systems. A premium network, not a volume labour market.
